Privacy Policy

CoupleSpace is built to be private. The content you create — dates, photos, notes, memories, location — is never collected, sold, or shared, and none of it is stored on servers of ours. The only data that leaves your iCloud is the limited purchase data described under "Third-party components" below.

Where your data lives

Everything you add to CoupleSpace — your start date, shared photos, memories, notes, moods, special days, answers and games — is stored in your own iCloud account (Apple CloudKit, in your private database). When you invite your partner, the data is shared directly between your two iCloud accounts through Apple's iCloud sharing (CKShare). It never passes through a server of ours.

When a shared space ends

If one of you leaves or deletes the shared space, the other does not lose what you made together. A read-only copy of your shared memories, drawings, special days and answers is kept in a keepsake box on each person's own device. The person deleting the space is told this before they confirm. The keepsake box is never sent to us and is not shared with anyone. It is stored on the device and is part of that device's own backup. It is also backed up to the owner's own private iCloud, so it survives reinstalling the app or changing phones. Its owner can delete it permanently at any time, which removes the iCloud backup too. Deleting the shared space does not delete the copy your partner already holds; we cannot access or delete it.

Location (optional)

If you use the distance card, the app asks for a one-time, city-level location. It is stored only in your shared iCloud space so your partner can see the distance. There is no live tracking.

Notifications

Reminders and "your partner did something" notifications are scheduled locally on your device, triggered by Apple's iCloud change notifications. We do not run a notification server.

Third-party components

CoupleSpace contains no advertising and no tracking SDKs, and the app does not request tracking permission. One third-party component is included:

Superwall, which powers in-app purchase screens. It receives a device identifier, purchase events and basic interaction events (for example, that a purchase screen was triggered or shown) so that a purchase can be delivered and restored. It is not linked to your identity, is never used for advertising or cross-app tracking, and it never receives your shared content — your dates, photos, notes, memories and location stay in your two iCloud accounts, where we cannot read them either.

Children

CoupleSpace is rated 4+ and is not directed at children. Beyond the purchase data described above, we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, and we never collect the content you create in the app.

Verileriniz nerede yaşar

Partnerinizi davet ettiğinizde veriler, Apple'ın iCloud paylaşımı (CKShare) üzerinden doğrudan iki iCloud hesabı arasında paylaşılır. Bize ait bir sunucudan asla geçmez.

Ortak alan sona erdiğinde

Biriniz ortak alandan ayrılır ya da alanı silerse, diğeri birlikte ürettiklerinizi kaybetmez. Ortak anıların, çizimlerin, özel günlerin ve cevapların salt okunur bir kopyası her kişinin kendi cihazındaki hatıra kutusunda saklanır. Alanı silen kişi bunu onaylamadan önce görür. Hatıra kutusu bize hiçbir zaman gönderilmez ve kimseyle paylaşılmaz. Cihazda saklanır ve o cihazın kendi yedeğine dahildir. Ayrıca sahibinin kendi özel iCloud'una yedeklenir; uygulama silinip yeniden kurulsa ya da telefon değişse de kaybolmaz. Sahibi onu istediği an kalıcı olarak silebilir; bu, iCloud yedeğini de siler. Ortak alanı silmek, partnerinizin elindeki kopyayı silmez; bu kopyaya erişemeyiz ve onu silemeyiz.

Konum (isteğe bağlı)

Mesafe kartını kullanırsanız uygulama tek seferlik, şehir düzeyinde konum ister. Bu bilgi yalnızca ortak iCloud alanınızda saklanır; partneriniz aradaki mesafeyi görebilsin diye. Canlı takip yoktur.

Bildirimler

Hatırlatmalar ve "partnerin bir şey yaptı" bildirimleri cihazınızda yerel olarak planlanır; tetikleyici Apple'ın iCloud değişiklik bildirimleridir. Bildirim sunucusu işletmiyoruz.

Üçüncü taraf bileşenler

CoupleSpace'te reklam ve takip SDK'sı yoktur; uygulama takip izni istemez. Bir üçüncü taraf bileşen bulunur:

Superwall — uygulama içi satın alma ekranlarını yürütür. Satın almanın teslim edilebilmesi ve geri yüklenebilmesi için bir cihaz tanımlayıcısı, satın alma olayları ve temel etkileşim olaylarını (örneğin bir satın alma ekranının tetiklendiği ya da gösterildiği) alır. Kimliğinize bağlanmaz, reklam ya da uygulamalar arası takip için asla kullanılmaz ve paylaştığınız içeriği hiçbir zaman görmez — tarihleriniz, fotoğraflarınız, notlarınız, anılarınız ve konumunuz ikinizin iCloud hesabında kalır; oraya biz de erişemeyiz.

Çocuklar

CoupleSpace 4+ yaş derecelidir ve çocuklara yönelik değildir. Yukarıda anlatılan satın alma verisi dışında bilerek kimseden kişisel veri toplamayız; uygulamada ürettiğiniz içeriği ise hiçbir koşulda toplamayız.
