These terms apply to the No Contact iOS app ("the app"), developed by Burak Deniz. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
No Contact is a motivational self-care companion: a day counter, an animated character, breathing exercises and encouraging messages that support a personal "no contact" habit after a breakup.
It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional care. If you are struggling with your mental health, please reach out to a qualified professional — and if you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the app or its content (including the companion character, animations, and message library).
The app helps you track a habit you choose for yourself. Decisions you make about your relationships, communication, and wellbeing are yours alone. You use the app's counters, messages, and exercises at your own discretion.
Your progress and personal details stay on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details — it is part of these terms.
The app is currently free. If paid features are introduced, purchases will be processed by Apple under the App Store's terms, and any subscription terms and prices will be shown in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple.
We may update, change, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time, and may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content will lead to any particular personal outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Burak Deniz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You can stop using the app and delete it at any time. We may suspend or terminate the license if you breach these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
